The IIT Gandhinagar’s VoIP Web Interface offers online access to allow one to configure many of the features of the VoIP service. These include configuration of advanced functions like call forwarding, personal directory, speed dial numbers, voicemail, do-not-disturb (DND) etc. The portal is accessible within the IIT Gandhinagar’s network or through off-campus locations using the Virtual Private Network

Accessing the portal

Open your favorite browser and go to https://cucm-pub.iitgn.ac.in/ucmuser
Accept any security alerts. You will be directed to the login page.
On the login page, use your NetID and password.

Configuration

Please use the Self Care Portal guide to customize the VoIP service.
